Question 1

How long does a luxury kitchen remodel take?

Accepted Answer

Most of our kitchen remodels take 8–14 weeks from demolition to completion, depending on scope. A straightforward cabinet-and-countertop refresh runs closer to 8 weeks; a full gut with layout changes, new appliances, and custom cabinetry typically takes 12–14 weeks. We establish a firm schedule before breaking ground and hold to it.

Question 2

What does a high-end kitchen remodel cost in Dallas?

Accepted Answer

Our kitchen remodels typically range from $75,000 to $200,000+, depending on size, materials, and scope. A mid-range luxury kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and professional appliances generally runs $90,000–$130,000. We provide a detailed line-item estimate before any work begins so there are no surprises.

Question 3

Can you remove walls to open up my kitchen layout?

Accepted Answer

Yes — opening floor plans is one of the most common requests we handle. We assess whether walls are load-bearing, work with a structural engineer when needed, and install the appropriate beam or header to safely create the open layout you want. We've done this on dozens of Dallas-area homes.

Question 4

Do I need to move out during a kitchen remodel?

Accepted Answer

For most kitchen remodels, you can stay in the home — though you'll be without a functional kitchen for several weeks. We set up a temporary kitchen area (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge) and keep the rest of the house livable. For full-home renovations that include the kitchen, we typically recommend moving out.

Question 5

Do you handle permits for kitchen remodels?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We pull all required permits and manage the inspection process from start to finish. In Dallas and the surrounding municipalities, kitchen remodels that involve electrical, plumbing, or structural changes require permits — we handle all of it so you don't have to.
