Our process

We're With you Every Step of the Way

  • Initial Consultation: Meet with us to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
  • Finding the Right Lot: Work with us to find the perfect lot for your new home, considering factors like location, size, and orientation.
  • Design and Planning: Collaborate with our architects and designers to create a customized floor plan and design that suits your needs and preferences.
  • Obtaining Permits: We will handle the necessary permits and approvals required for construction to begin.
  • Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing the lot for construction, including grading and excavation.
  • Foundation: Pouring the foundation, which serves as the base for your home's structure.
  • Construction: The framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are installed according to the design plans.
  • Interior Finishes: Choosing and installing interior finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
  • Exterior Finishes: Applying siding, painting, and completing any landscaping or outdoor features.
  • Final Inspections and Walkthrough: Inspections are conducted to ensure everything meets building codes and standards. You'll also have a final walkthrough to address any remaining issues or concerns.
