Question 1

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

Accepted Answer

A primary bathroom remodel typically takes 6–10 weeks. A hall or guest bath refresh runs 3–5 weeks. Timeline depends on the scope — a full gut with custom tile, a freestanding tub, and a new vanity takes longer than a fixture-and-tile refresh. We give you a firm schedule upfront and stick to it.

Question 2

What does a luxury bathroom remodel cost in Dallas?

Accepted Answer

Primary bathroom remodels in our portfolio typically range from $45,000 to $120,000. A full spa-style primary bath with custom tile, a freestanding tub, frameless glass, and a double vanity generally runs $65,000–$95,000. Secondary bathrooms range from $18,000 to $40,000. We provide a detailed estimate before any work begins.

Question 3

Can you convert a tub-shower combo into a walk-in shower?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this is one of our most common requests. We remove the existing tub-shower unit, reconfigure the plumbing, and build a custom walk-in shower in the same footprint or larger. We can also add a freestanding soaking tub elsewhere in the bathroom if the space allows.

Question 4

Do you install heated floors in bathrooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Radiant floor heating is a standard option on all our bathroom remodels. We install electric radiant mats under tile before the tile is set — it adds minimal cost during construction and makes a significant difference in daily comfort, especially in Dallas winters.

Question 5

Can we remodel two bathrooms at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — and we often recommend it. Doing two bathrooms simultaneously saves on mobilization costs, keeps trades on-site efficiently, and lets us coordinate finishes across both spaces for a cohesive result. We plan the sequencing carefully so the family always has at least one functional bathroom during construction.
